All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Processing time does not include shipping time. Certain items, including print-on-demand apparel and personalized products, may require additional production time before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Some products, including apparel and custom merchandise, are made to order through third-party production partners. For these items:

We ship internationally where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. AuthorAN is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. AuthorAN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost packages due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost: contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. AuthorAN is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Orders containing multiple product types (e.g., books + apparel) may ship separately. This ensures faster delivery of available items. You will receive separate tracking notifications when applicable.
If you purchase a pre-order item, the entire order may ship once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
