Refund Policy

Returns & Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Because many products, including apparel and custom merchandise, are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personalized or custom items (unless defective)

 

All approved returns must be authorized prior to shipping the item back.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if damaged or defective)

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun. Once an item enters production (including print-on-demand items), it cannot be canceled.

AuthorAN reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the policy guidelines.
